TornadoSpy, LLC provides various subscription services (the "Subscription Services") to you subject to the terms and conditions contained in these TornadoSpy, LLC Subscription Terms ("Subscription Terms"). Our Subscription Services include Subscriptions, Passes, Gift Passes, and Trials to our paid premium TornadoSpy, LLC Service offerings ("Subscription Product(s)").
Read these Subscription Terms carefully before using the Subscription Services. These Subscription Terms (which include the other documents referenced below) constitute a legal agreement between you ("you" or "your") and the TornadoSpy, LLC entity issuing such services, as set forth below for your applicable Authorized Jurisdiction (as defined in the TornadoSpy, LLC Terms of Use). The TornadoSpy, LLC Terms of Use and the TornadoSpy, LLC Privacy Policy (collectively, the "TornadoSpy, LLC Agreement"), which you agreed to when you registered for the TornadoSpy, LLC Service (as defined in the TornadoSpy, LLC Terms of Use), also apply to your use of the Subscription Services and are incorporated by this reference as part of these Subscription Terms. If you purchase, register for, or redeem a Subscription Product through an External Service, you may also be subject to additional terms and conditions supplied by that service.
By purchasing and/or using a Subscription Product, and accessing or otherwise using any portion of the Subscription Services, you agree to be bound by these Subscription Terms.
If you are not willing to be bound by these Subscription Terms, you should not purchase or use a Subscription Product, and you may not access or otherwise use any portion of the Subscription Services.
License for Your Use of the Subscription Services
Subject to your compliance with these Subscription Terms including the Eligibility Requirements, TornadoSpy, LLC hereby grants to you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access the Subscription Services in the Authorized Jurisdiction(s), and otherwise view and use the Subscription Services to the extent permitted by its intended functionality for your personal, non-commercial use, and not for the sublicense to or use by third parties.
Subscription Products
Access to the Subscription Services is available through a Subscription Product, which includes Subscriptions, Passes, Gift Passes, and Trials.
Certain Subscription Products, such as Trials, may be subject to additional terms, exclusions, or limitations, which will be disclosed to you at the time you receive the offer for the Subscription Product.
Subscriptions
You may purchase subscription access (a "Subscription") to the Subscription Services for a fee (the "Fee") for the period of time (the "Access Period") you have elected from the available options (e.g., monthly or annually). The Fee is exclusive of any applicable federal, state, telecommunications, excise, or municipal taxes or duties, including VAT and GST (collectively, "Applicable Taxes") unless otherwise specified.
Access and Renewal
Your ability to access and use the Subscription Service commences on the date we make the Subscription Services available to you following your purchase or redemption of a Subscription Product and remittance of the Fee and Applicable Taxes, if any, and continues until the end of the applicable Access Period. TornadoSpy, LLC will automatically renew or commence your Subscription for a new Access Period by charging the associated Fee plus any Applicable Taxes to the payment method you provided unless you cancel your Subscription as provided below.
Unless you affirmatively opt-out of automatic renewal either prior to the expiration of a Subscription Product or before the end of the then-current Access Period (as applicable), you hereby authorize TornadoSpy, LLC to renew or commence your Subscription automatically at the end of each Access Period or at the expiration of your Subscription Product for a new Access Period.
If you opt-out of automatic renewal, your Subscription Product will expire and your access to the Subscription Services will cease at the end of its specified Access Period. In order to continue to access the Subscription Services after your Access Period has expired, you will need to purchase or redeem a new Subscription Product. You are required to maintain accurate and up-to-date payment information. TornadoSpy, LLC assumes no responsibility or liability if your Subscription Product fails to renew or otherwise expires because of outdated or incorrect payment information.
Subscription Cancellation/Refunds
You may cancel the subscription using the services provided henceforth by Apple and Google. TornadoSpy, LLC will not issue you any refund, including partial, pro-rated, or otherwise unless required to do so by law.
Privacy Policy
This Privacy policy applies to all TornadoSpy LLC products and services including our TornadoSpy based apps for IOS, Android and related websites.
TornadoSpy LLC operates http://www.TornadoSpy.com and the TornadoSpy mobile App for IOS and Android (collectively known as the Site/s). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use and disclosure of Personal Information we receive from users of the Site.
We use your Personal Information only for providing and improving the Site or Apps. By using the Site or Apps, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
Information Collection And Use
While using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name, email and phone number. Any monetary transactions with our site are handled through the Apple or Google Play Stores.
Thus our site does NOT collect any sensitive information from you like Credit Card info. The sites and the mobile Apps, use Google Analytics to collect certain data. The sites and the Apps use 3rd party advertising code from proprietary software.
Log Data
Like many site operators, we collect information that your browser sends whenever you visit our Site (Log Data).
This Log Data may include information such as your computer’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, IP node location, browser type, browser version, the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics. In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze this.
Communications
We may use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials and other information that can inform you about new products and services that we are offering. If you don’t want to be on our mailing list please let us know.

Cookies are files with small amount of data, which may include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to your browser from a web site and stored on your computer’s hard drive. Like many sites, we use “cookies” to collect information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. This Privacy Policy is effective as of 1/1/2010, and amended March 2017, and will remain in effect except with respect to any changes in its provisions in the future, which will be in effect immediately after being posted on this page.
We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time and you should check this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the Service after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgment of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.

Terms of Use & Liability Waiver
In using this mobile app, or any TornadoSpy LLC products or services, it is agreed that these organizations and the individual members that comprise them are held entirely free of liability. You agree not to use the TornadoSpy mobile or web map while driving or doing any activity that requires your attention or that could put your safety or the safety of others in jeopardy. You acknowledge that watching streams, texting or chatting while driving is dangerous and will be avoided.
